ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Could this result in an advertisement with a chicken holding a sign that says "EAT MOR SALLAD"? A group of kids at Nagel Middle School is facing an unusual challenge from their local Chick-Fil-A restaurant: to design a new salad that will be lower in calories, saturated fat, and sodium than an existing recipe.
Improving those numbers might not be too hard, if that were the only goal, but when the projects are presented Thursday afternoon, the last test is whether the salad is marketable to other kids.

According to Nagel teacher Chris Preston, “This is a great example of problem-based learning in Forest Hills. It can be a model for business partnerships with the district.
