Rascal Flatts concert to use restricted ticket policy

ANDERSON TWP, OH (FOX19) - In accordance with Rascal Flatts concert tickets set to go on sale Saturday, May 11, fans should be aware of the restricted ticketing policy in effect for the show.

The concert is scheduled for September 5 at Riverbend Music Center. According to Ticketmaster, restricted paperless tickets will be in use for select seats.

This means, fans will be required to show the original purchaser's credit card and a photo ID at Riverbend to gain admittance.

Officials say fans should review the ticketing policy closely before purchasing tickets to the show

"This summer, we are seeing a significant increase in the number of concerts using restricted ticketing systems," said Fan Freedom Consumer Advocate Elizabeth Owen. "It's safe to assume this is a trend that will continue to grow, and as it does, fans should be sure to read the fine print before purchasing tickets."
